This was actually just a fried seafood (Tahong) in tomato sauce mix, which was served at a cocktail lounge of Fern Brooks Garden. Just took a shot first before I tried one.

Nearby Taal resident told us this was just a remnant of an old church after Taal Volcano last erupted.

Saw this "Old House" from one of the street at Taal Church's Vicinity.

We normally see this when you're on trip going to Taal taking Tagaytay route.
